License Clearing for Remote Desktop

I have a customer who is using Timeslips 13 from remote desktops and it seems like every time they close TS, it holds on to their session and we have to clear the licenses for the whole group.  We cannot do this until everybody is off of TS which is usually at night.  This is a major inconvenience and I need a bit of help if anybody knows some tip that would help.

    You can run a batch file at night to clear them.  Either contact Sage Technical Support or your Certified Consultant to get the batch file and directions for setting it up correctly.
