Connection to Outlook

Hi!

We are a small law office in Vietnam. We appreciate the features of Sage Timeslips, but would like to be sure about the integration in Outlook and that this really works. After some time of trying the company intending to sell sage (not situated in Vietnam) confirmed that this function cannot be installed in the trial Version. How can we test this? Is there any option for testing all functions of the software? We would also considered an option which is not "for free".

Cheers

Sage Timeslips is sold with a 30-day money back offer.  Timeslips is not compatible with Outlook 365.

Thanks! In which way is it not compatible with Office 365? We have Outlook 2013 licensed and installed on the local Computer. The email  account of Office 365 (Exchange Server). Would that prevent using Timeslips on one Computer or just in case we decide to install more than one user?

If Outlook 2013 is installed on the local machine, the user should be able to use the functions to email bills or reprinted bills.  The Add-In functions and contact sync processes will not work when Outlook 365 is invoked, as the information is not on the local machine but is actually on the cloud.  You may be able to manipulate data so that it will work, but our general support processes don't allow us to support the product in that environment due to the myriad of configurations that may be involved.

Timeslips is not dependent on Outlook being installed on the machine at all.  If Outlook is, or is not installed, Timeslips will function to enter time and bill clients.
