In theory, yes, each Terminal Server is in effect a workstation.  So, as long as the database and shared cfg file are in a location that each server can point to from the same perspective it should work.    

Puting a single database on a network share should work, but I want to avoid that as it is a lot slower than running TimeSlip from a local databavse.

In a good network, the speed difference should not be significant. Trying to have two databases sync is looking for trouble. The other option, if it is just for data entry is ecenter.
