all of a sudden certain features are not working - for example, it is telling me that a bill is in proof, but it doesn't appear in the bill stages proof window. likewise, i cannot undo a bill that it says is finalized as it also does not appear in bill stages.
apparently i need to upgrade - what is the cleanest way to do this without losing any data? this is critical.
please help asap.
