Error 9219 and more issues

We have been having issues with Timeslips 2014 since we purchased it for our company. Love the program, just not the issues.

We purchased 3 licenses, have only been able to get two to work properly, and even then the two cannot be logged in at the same time.

I have linked the program through the server, and have the database saves to the server, but still cannot access it at the same time as the program advertises.

Now we are getting an error message back and forth between the two licenses that do work, Error 9219 Database 4 at the startup of the program, one day on one computer next on the other. Now the main computer that we access Timeslips with is completely locked out.But can go to the other computer that the license is working and the program runs just fine. I have read the few responses to this error and have tried looking for the Fulses files, and have found none.  Any assistance with any of our problems would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Shaunna

Your ability to have more than one user in at the same time is related to pathing issues to a central Timeslip.CFG file.  This has been discussed extensively previously on this board.  You might want to do search for "pathing" in the upper right of this window to find those previous posts.

    Hope this helps.
