Error Code when trying to open Timeslips

I am getting an error message:  "Could not start the database engine."  BDE Error Code 8461  Shared Memory Conflict.

There is one other Timeslips user on a PC in our office.  He can open the program just fine.  We often use the program at the same time on different PCs with no problem. 

What is the problem and what is the fix???

    Sounds like you need to reinstall BDE on your machine.
