How to restore time slips that were lost during the transfer from the the eCenter?

The Timekeeper charged her time to the Client that still active in the eCenter but was inactive in the Timeslips at the time when the slips transfer was performed. Now theses slips are lost and the Timeslips tech support said that they don't back up the eCenter database. But these slips must have gone somewhere. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried reopening the client in Timeslips?  The slips may indeed be in the database, but you can't see slips for Inactive clients.

    Hope this helps.
