Do not bill slips will not show on an invoice. If you want the description to show but no hours or amount, you will want to set up a new layout that removes those fields from the bill layout.

Thank you Caren,  I am still having difficulty formatting the new layout.  I can get each slip not to show hours & $$ amounts but  "For Professional services rendered" & "Cost"  there are still $$ amount showing.

Chances are you are going to need to experiment with turning off sections in your bill layout to accomplish what you want.  Not the easiest thing to support on a web board.  Read up on the help about bill layouts or reach out to one of the consultants supporting this board for assistance for a fee.

Really hard to troubleshoot through forum. A consultant with eyes on will probably be needed to help with this.
