TimeSlips 2014 on Terminal Server

Hello:
We just installed Timeslips 2014 on a terminal server for a few remote users, the issue we are having is that Timeslips will not release the terminal server license? So we keep running out, is there some Hotfix for this or a automatic job I can run late at night?

There is a bat file you can set up to run nightly and clear all licenses. You can get it from support or from a certified consultant if you work with one. I don't want to just post it because if not done correctly it could case more problems than it solves.

Timeslips 2014 releases licenses for Remote Desktop sessions (formerly known as Terminal Services) issues correctly.  Use of the batch file for this purpose is highly discouraged.

The issue is that users *MUST* exit the Timeslips program before closing the RDP session, and in so doing the shutdown process will be allowed to complete and the license released.  If the users just close the session(s) without exiting Timeslips first, the license will not be released.

Thank you for the clarification Roger. I will keep this in mind.
