Import Timeslips

Hi,
I am working on an online system for a client where contractors can upload and manage their timesheet information.  However, we need to be able to utilize all the TimeSlip fields (billable, actual and payable time) when we import the information.
How does one supply information for these additional fields?  I've tried to pass additional time data in each record ("Brown, Jerome B.","S1020", "04:00:00", "05:00:00", "07:00:00") but the fields for billable, actual and payable time all take the first value.
Additionally, when I import Timeslips into the test company in the manner suggested in the documentation I am asked (for every entry) to select an entry matching S1020.  I've tried a few permutations, S1020, S1020 Drafting, Drafting, and regardless I am asked.  I assume it's trying to do something to resolve the field (I get a similar message for the William, Elliot employee if I leave off the initial 'K'), but I'm at a loss for what I can do to help this.

It's going to be pretty difficult to advise you on this because we cannot see your data file, and how you have mapped the fields for import.

My suggestion would be to hire a Certified Consultant who can remote into your machine and look at it with you to resolve this.

For example there is no field on a slip called "payable time" so I'm not sure what you mean here.

The issue with asking for a match is because the sample database does not have records with those names, so it doesn't know where to put the incoming slip.

    Hope this helps.

If you think this suggestion was especially helpful, please consider rating it within the five star option, or clicking the green Yes button next to the "Did this answer your question?" option below.  Thanks.
