Trust Funds Wording on Invoices

I am somewhat new to our billing and am still reluctant to just "dive in" and try to change things for fear that I will mess something up and not be able to fix it.  The attorney that I work for does not like the way payments from trust funds show up on the invoices - he thinks it is confusing.  Can anyone offer advice on where I go to make changes to that?  Thank you, I would appreciate it.
