Editing Split Billing Rule

I cannot figure out how to edit a split billing rule.  Couple going through dissolution mediation was going to split the legal bill but now hubby will pay the whole thing.  How do I remove the split billing rule?

    You should be able to go to your bills menu and then split billing rules.  In the resulting list, dekete the rule for the primary client.  Note: you cannot do this if the client has a bill in the proof stage.
