Cannot access directory.(9219) error when generating bill

  • I'm getting this error when I try to Generate a Bill:

      Cannot access directory.(9219)

      Area: Database

      Code: 4

      Address: Exception tBDEDatabaseExceptionC in module Timeslip.exe at 00931220.

      Version 17.0.1.0473

    I'm running Timeslips 2009.
    I have looked at the knowledgebase, but nothing there seems to apply since I am not running on a network.  I just have

    the standalone version and I'm using the C: drive.

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Just updated to 2009SR2 and still have the same problem.  Message same except now it says:
       Address: Exception tBDEDatabaseExceptionC in module Timeslip.exe at 00931590

       Version: 17.0.2.0481

     

  • Please try creating a new bill layout and assigning it to the client. Then attempt to generate the bill for just the one client. It that does not work try going to the report list and deleting the generate bills report. Then add a new one and try again.
