HRMS 2015 Changes to Benefit Dates

SUGGESTED

Has anyone experience issues with how version 2015 looks at Benefits dates?  We ran into an issue with deductions not pulling from the HR side to the Payroll side this week and believe it's a date issue.

Looking to pick anyone's experienced brains!

I think the most important question starts with the open payroll process. when you run it you must specify a date range. I'm wondering if that date range DID NOT include the latest change to amount date on the benefit. If it did not, try open payroll again but for a date range that encompasses the latest change to amounts date. If that works then this means there is a logical change in the link mechanism that we might need to doc. Could I impose on you to try that?
