Sage Abra Suite 9.11.42 Q4 product update

Is anyone having an issue downloading the 4th qtr update?  I'm receiving an error message Error 2920.source directory not specified for the file Sage_importer

    I can't even find the 9.11.42 update to download. It was actually listed?  Is it possible they pulled it?  I see everything else just now Q4 Update.

    The error you  indicated is normally associated with an install that was done using a install source that was in a location that no longer exists. When you run the update, it will look to that location and if it does not find what it needs will fail in a way either similar or identical to the error you shared. My advice in this circumstance is to completely back up your data to a safe location, completely uninstall abra suite client, components and server instance, then reinstall the base version (9.1x) followed by the most recent tax update.  I know it is a bit of work to do , but I'm afraid it's the most definite answer.
