Are you using Sage Fixed Assets correctly?

1 minute read time.

We all know Sage Fixed Assets is an industry-leading suite of products that allows you to simplify your fixed assets accounting processes, but are you using the products the right way and to their full potential? It’s a common misperception to believe that just because you’re using the products means you’re using them correctly. In fact, many customers who attend our training classes discover they’ve been using the products incorrectly for years or taking the long way around to accomplish core tasks. As educators, we love to witness those “aha” or “OMG” moments when our students learn the correct way to complete specific tasks or learn how to leverage the full feature set of the applications to simplify and improve their fixed asset accounting processes.

I know many of you are thinking, “Not me. I understand Sage Fixed Assets, and it works fine. I don’t need any additional training.” I also realize that taking a training class is a significant investment, both in time and money, but for most of our customers, the ROI comes quickly once they realize the full power of the solution they’ve already invested in. To help determine if you have the subject matter and product knowledge to fully leverage your investment, we’ve created a series of expertise assessments to challenge your knowledge. The assessments are organized by the classes we offer. Simply put, if you successfully complete the assessment, then that particular training class likely will not provide much additional benefit. However, if your score is below 80% then you have an opportunity to learn valuable tips to better manage your Sage Fixed Assets solutions and gain CPE credit as well.

The assessments are available at no charge, and we’ll give you two chances to complete the assessment with a score of 80% or above. We hope that by completing these assessments, you see just how well you know Sage Fixed Assets and also realize the benefits of taking a formal training class with our product and subject-matter expert Trainers. Even if you are not interested in additional training, we encourage you to complete the assessments and post your passing scores in the comments section below for bragging rights. Good luck!
