Hi all

When some of our users try to enter certain functions they receive the following error: no transactions authorized. The most common scenario is one where they try to enter the sales orders function. Only some of the function profiles receives this error and all of the profiles has the "all authorized functions" tick box ticked.  I've created a test function profile and ticked the "all access codes" tick box to see if the issue is access code related but no such luck. Any advice?
