Miscellaneous Table Size

Question

I need to increase a miscellaneous table size (Product Statistical Groups), which is set by default to 2000 lines. 
 I found the activity code ADI in Development > Data & Parameters > Development Setup > Activity Codes, and I increased the screen size to 5000 lines (max is 9999). Then I validated the dictionary in Development > Utilities > Dictionary > Validations > Dictionary, with the ADI in the activity code and all objects selected. It didn't work as I still get the message "Table is Full" and I can't view data after line 2000. 
 I put the activity code in Miscellaneous Tables > Personalization under Setup > General Parameters for the particular table (Statistical Group 3) and I validated it again. Still didnt work. 
 I put the activity code in the Miscellaneous Table Window (ODAI) in Tabs, Under Development > Script Dictionary. I validated it again and still its not working. 
 Can anybody help me with right steps to increase a miscellaneous table ?

I tried the link today and it's fine, but below are the steps.

Resolution

Increase ADI activity code screen dimension to a desired value ( Development , Data and Parameters , Activity codes ). 
 Follow the article in Related resources to run the dictionary validation against the activity code ADI. 
 After the dictionary validation exit out of X3 and log in back. 
 Open Development , Processes , Objects and select ADI and validate it using the 'validation' button.
