Hello! I have a quick question. I am trying to figure out what the following values mean for the BOMALT column in the BOMD table: 1 and 50?

    • BOMALT is a BOM Code.
    • The codes are defined under Common Data > BOMs > BOM Code
    • The codes are used to define several BOMs for the same product.
      • The BOM is composed of product reference plus the BOM code
    • The code types tell you whether the BOM is for sales use, manufacturing or sub contracting.
      • There is further specialization for Manufacturing and Subcontracting
        • Manufacturing (Manufacturing BOM only)
        • Cost calculation
        • MRP processing
        • MPS processing
