Can I setup a Work Order import procedure?

Update code can either be C, M or A.

M=modify 
A=delete

Sure, but why reinvent the wheel. Work orders can be pretty complicated so the MFG import template is a good one to work with because there is some sage code behind it that does some of the heavy lifting.
