Thanks heaps for your reply Bob. And yes it's Ben. Or Benjamin to my mother when I'm in trouble. That happens less and less now that I'm 37.

So - given that we have purchased Sage through a Business Partner (Enabling in Sydney, Australia), are we able to login to the customer portal ourselves, or are we restricted to having the Business Partner download upgrades for us? The only reason I ask is that our Business Partner has many clients and sometimes can't get upgrades to us straight away. It would help everyone if we could download upgrades ourselves.

For North American customers we provide the download through this link.

customers.sagenorthamerica.com. There's a way to sign up for the portal based on your account number.

Sorry, I don't have information on customers within Australia (so far, this forum is North American focused only). My recommendation would be to ask your partner for details. This may be helpful to you as well, not sure: www.sagebusiness.com.au/.../sage-erp-x3
