Sage X3

Question

I must say that I was very suprised that x3 could not handle printing, fax and email of documents very well.. 
 I would have expected a product at this level could at least do statements and remittances. 
 What products have people used to get around this. 
 These are the ones I am investigating so far

 EDM (Electronic Document Management)

We have had a lot of success with this solution http://liaisonsc.com/ . 
 I am not familiar with the Spindle or Inixion solutions although they look interesting and we may check them out further. 
 We have also worked with this group as well, www.asg.com/.../ASG-Cypress-Suite.aspx , depending on client requirements. 
 We have not had much success with the EDM solution so I will only say proceed with caution.

Hi Stacy: 
 For printing/faxing and emailing you can use Sage ERP X3 EDD/EDM/PIA. 
 This module is consist of three separate levels, EDD which is Electronic document delivery, EDM which is Electronic document management, and PIA which is Purchase Invoice automation. 
 You can use EDD to Print/Email/Fax and use EDM to archive the documents, and use PIA to automatically scan and receive Purchase invoices.
