I am using Dac Easy Payroll version 2012, and I just had an employee ask me why on the the net pay shows as Zero on the bottom of their direct deposit advice. Nobody ever noticed that before! I am using the generic direct deposit type, and I don't generate a direct deposit file to send to the bank - I just go on the bank website and enter the net amounts of each check. Could this be why the net pay shows as zero on the bottom? The correct net amount shows up on the top of the stub.
When employee entire netpay deposit into bank account NETPAY will show zero amount because the total netpay is deposited.
If employee's netpay partially goes Direct Deposit and the balance pay by check, NETPAY will show the balance amount.
