CRM Company field with default value not setting when created from Sage 100 Customer Maintenance

We have added a selection field to the Company table. The choices are Yes or No. The default value is No. When we add a new company in CRM, the default works fine.

When we add a new Customer in Sage 100 Customer Maintenance, & then check the "Relate to Sage CRM" & have it auto-assign the Company, this selection field remains null.

I also added a script to the Company Entry Screen (CompanyBoxLong) in CRM, in the Create Script box on this field: DefaultValue="No"; but it doesn't help.


Contacted Sage Support & they don't know how to make it work.  Thoughts??
