I downloaded it this week and installed it but I would recommend you don't do it. Your old license manager does not work with the new software and you now have to have your software activate via Sage's on line activation. Unfortunately, their server does not work so you can't activate anything. As of yesterday, it was unknown when it would be on line.

I apologize for the activation issues. The entitlement servers are working correctly, please attempt to reactivate the new v17.11 version. Once you've activated for the first time, your machine will remember the settings/license counts. The license manager will ping the entitlement server periodically to keep your license counts up-to-date.

Sage Estimating (SQL) v17.11 was release on May 31, 2017. It is available via the knowledge base download portal.
