My Service Management window always freezes whenever I preview a work order. Does this happen to anyone else? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?

If I click the "close preview" button (rather than clicking the red X), it will then close the preview (as it should), but in-so-doing will also lock up my whole service management module.  I have to force it closed through task manager in order to remove it from my screen.  This happens to everyone in our office.  Any suggestions?

(I don't know if this matters, but we are connected remotely through Swizznet)

    I was able to find additional information that indicates that this issue is resolved in version 17.1. While some fixes were put in place in version 16.1 there were still cases of this occurring in version 16.1. Additional changes were includes in version 17.1 which we hope have resolved this issue in all applications. 

    There is a KB article number 59748 associated with the issue you are describing. The work around is to close the preview using the RED X instead of the "Close Preview" button. Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue after upgrading to version 17.1

    Thanks for the quick answer.  I'll talk to our rep and see about upgrading versions.
