If it's a JC Change Order and it has been approved all you can do is enter another CO to reverse it, then enter a new CO with the correct CO number. If it is a PJ Change Order you can unapprove and delete the change order then reenter it with the correct CO number.  Job Cost doesn't allow deletion of approved COs.  Project Management Change Management does allow approved change orders to be unapproved which in turn allows them to be deleted.

If the JC Change order is not approved, you are able to delete the change order.

Project Management is an additional application that allows for more flexible Change Management (in addtion to some other great features to help manage your projects more effectively). You can call your reseller for a demo, or if you prefer you can send me your contact information and I can connect by way of a WebEx to show you what can be done using PJ (Project Management). I can't provide any pricing information but I can show you the product and what it does.  Changes you have already entered in Job Cost can't be undone using PJ.

PJ is used in conjunction with Job Cost and Contracts.
