You can use FRAMT to add up multiple periods.

In the G/L Financial Reporter.  Run the Statement Designer, then select Add-ins/FR/FR Help for details.

I don't have add-ins we are using sage 300 16.1, I went to the financial statement designer and did find that. sorry to be a pain.  my auditors want to see quarterly activity not current period activity.

Oh, you're using Sage 300 CRE, not 300 ERP, you need to ask your question in that forum.
