I created a new report in SAP Crystal Reports version 14.1.8.  I added it to the Project Management Module (CRE 14.1) report menu and it ran fine.  Today I am getting error message "The report file (file location) needs to be upgraded."  When I say okay, it then gives me an error message that tells me it is not a valid crystal report.

Why did it run okay yesterday but today it doesn't?  Why would it need to be upgraded now?
