country mismatch

SOLVED

Have changed all applicable settings regarding geographic location to Canada. Have changed all applicable registry settings to Canada (code #39). Keep getting "application does not match country currently selected" message when start the payroll module. Have confirmed that Canadian version is installed. Are setting up version 9.7 on server 2008 R2. Are planning upgrade, but are using 9.7 in interim. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
