I recently added a custom crystal report to Service Management through Custom Report Manager. It now shows up under Reports->SM. Is there a way I can remove this from the menu if needed? I noticed in Custom Report Manger there is not an option to remove reports. I do see a check box to mark to show that report is inactive. What will happen if I mark that box?
