1094/1095 B Forms

We fall under the 1094/1095 B Forms. So we don't have to fill in the Coverage Code, Plans Share Cost or the Safe Harbor Code. But when generating the forms, it brings everyone up, even non covered employees? Only covered employees should get a form, but it shows all employees are covered?

I ran the ACA Monthly Employee Count report and then from that list went to the Employee Master file and changed the employees that did not work in 2015 to 'Not working'. Then ran the report again to…

I had to do the 1095/1094 C forms this year for us. Noticed the same situation where it brought up everyone that was still in our system even though they didn't work here in 2015. When we got to the point in Aatrix before generating the forms I had to deselect the old employees. If that is the same situation you have.

for 1095-C we had to send one to everyone. Not sure on 1094/1095B.
