In order to determine where the information is to be entered we will need to know what report you are using to generate the AR Collection report, and whether or not this is a custom report design or one that is provided with the software.

In AR, Reports>Aging>Collections Report. I believe it is not a custom report, but one provided with the software.
I have tried adding notes into Correspondence, which is found under the Tasks drop down, but the information I enter does not flow to the Ar Collections Report.

It does sound like this report is custom, as I don't see this report on my AR Reports Aging menu and am not finding any AR reports provided with the software with "collections" in the report design name. If you have a support plan with Sage, you can give us a call so we can look at the report with you to determine where the information is being retrieved from to assist with determining where you would enter the information. We do have a place to enter "Dunning Messages" that is standard text to display on Statements based on the number of days an account is overdue. You might take a look in AR to see if this is what is being pulled on the report. In AR, select File, Company Settings, AR settings, Aging Settings to determine if it is the Dunning Messages that need to be changed.

Also please confirm that the Product you are using is Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, just in case this message needs to be moved to a different forum.

Hello, thank you for the info. Yes, I am using Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. I did not realize it was a custom report. I will follow up with Sage.
