We do have multiple customers that are using both the hosted server environment and Citrix without issue. One thing to keep in mind with this type of setup is that support will not be able to provide any guidance for the setup\implementation for Citrix or published applications through Citrix. When it comes to issues on a Citrix environment support will not troubleshoot the Citrix functionality but will instead verify if the same behaviors occur when using a direct RDP connection to the console of that terminal server. If we are able to replicate any issues at the console we would have the potential to troubleshoot and escalate those issues to our developers. If we cannot replicate the issues directly at the console of the server then it would be up to Citrix or the Hosting company to troubleshoot any issues.
