Deleting commitments

Is anyone having any problems deleting commitments. I created a test commitment earlier and am now trying to delete it - there are no AP transactions processed against the commitment. Whether I try to delete in JC or PJ - the application hangs the moment I press Delete Commitment - using version 14.1. 

Any assistance much appreciated.

    A great troubleshooting step is to determine whether it is station specific or environmental/dataset related. Go to another workstation and/or the server and perform the same operation. If the same issue occurs then it is environmental or dataset related, which will require further steps for troubleshooting. If it does work as expected, then it is workstation related, which usually can be solved by removing and reinstalling the software.

    Hi Joe,

    You may be experiencing a known issue with 14.1 and commitments where under detain situations, you are unable to delete them. The solution for now is to 0 out the commitment and move it into a junk folder.
