Report Designer - P & L Report

I am trying to create a P & L report by job. I set up the report the way I need it in Report Designer. 

The column headings are as follows: Contract Item, Description, Job #, Cost Code, Description, Contract Amt, Total Estimate, JTD Cost, Total Billed, Profit/Loss

The only problem is there is more than one cost code associated with each contract item and only the first cost code appears on the report. I would like to have all the cost codes appear under the contract item that is associated with and subtotal the cost codes. 

I have tried changing the sort order but that is not working. If anyone knows how to make this work I would be so grateful!

    Does the field "cost code" have print controls set to print once per cost code record? You can set the print controls by clicking on the "cost code" field in your design, then click "design", then click "print controls", and then highlight "cost code record" and click ok.
