We are pleased to announce the Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version 15.1 controlled release beginning Monday, August 17th. Major features of version 15.1 include:

• Microsoft Word integration with Commitments, allowing you to create commitment related documents right in Word. Use prebuilt templates or create your own to quickly create subcontracts, letters of intent, notices to proceed, subcontract checklists, and other commitment and vendor documentation. Navigate to a commitment, click Document Designer > Create a Document, select from your templates, and a Word document opens with information from the commitment in Word where you want it, along with your text. No longer will you need to modify Crystal or Report Designer reports to get custom purchase order or subcontract documents—create them in Word.
• Integration with Sage Construction Project Center. Integrate selected AP Vendors and AR Customers, job cost information, and commitments. For example, a superintendent can quickly view their labor hours and costs, and a project manager can view cost and contract details, right from a browser.  na.sage.com/.../Sage-Construction-project-center-072015
• Updated modern user interface in Job Cost Job Setup screens. Improvements include fully resizable windows, editing by clicking directly in a field, searching for records with best fit typing, column sorting, and date selection controls on date fields.
