Commitment change order

We have entered a commitment change order in PJ.  It is a deductive change order, not that it makes any difference.  When I do an change order log inquiry, the change order is there and it totals correctly.  When I run a committed cost status, totals are correct.  So I know it is posted.


My problem is:

  • when I run a job cost report, the "Total committed" amount does not include this deductive change order.  
  • When I run "Job cost by Cost Code" the total commitment line doesn't include change order in total.  
  • When I run a "job cost commitments by cost code" the deductive change order is shown in total.  
  • When I run a cost to complete in Office connector, the change order amount is included in total.

Does anyone have any idea why the change order amount would be included in the totals in some reports and not included in the total in other reports??
