Filing and paying your payroll taxes?

I am new to using Sage but I have used ADP for payroll tax filing and tax payments for 10+ years with another accounting system.  I would like to see how other Sage Construction users file/pay their payroll taxes.  Do you file online for each jurisdiction, do you use an add on program or do you use a third party and if so, who do you use and are you pleased with that vendor?  We are registered to do business in 40+ states with 3 separate legal entites so payroll taxes are a big deal for us.  Thank you for any comments and/or recommendations.

    What version and update of Sage 300 CRE are you currently using? The version will reference 9.8 or 13.1 in your Help, About in the software. (example 13.1 Rev 7 Acc Update 6)

    Sage 300 CRE Ver 13.1 is intergrated with AATRIX E-file system.  All you need to do is sign up and pay a small annual fee, according to # employees, and it works great. Reporting includes but not limited to State withholding Tax filing, 941, 940, W2's, Quarterly Reports, Annual Reports, Certified Payroll..It's great!

    We have AATRIX E-file, but I have been told that it can't be automated to generate filings.  So I would have to file every return for each state and FEIN individually.  Do you know of a way to automate the filings?

  • You would have to do each one individually, sorry I didn't see that you done business with 40+ states.
