PO Module "Report Does Not Exist"

Within the task enter report when we press the printer icon we get the error message "Report Does Not Exist"  with the data path to the report file location.

This only happens with some users when the print dialog appears all the options error out.

Does not happen to one of the managers.  I had the user login to the manager's desktop and got the same error.  Both users have the same permissions etc..

Help!

Are you using Sage 300 CRE and what version?  I don't see "Enter Report" under Tasks and I'm using vs. 13.1

Check PO security and also check to se that you are not using mapped drives.  other might not have access to a mapped drive vs UNC.  If you cant figure it out email me at [email protected] be glad to look at it with you.

From Knowledgebase:  "When trying to print a Purchase Order in Purchasing the error occurs: " Report does not exist at [location]"

Cause:  One cause is that there is no default Purchase Order form selected.

Resolution:  Select a Purchase Order format in the Print Selection screen. "

Some reports are set up under PO - Company Settings - PO Formats & Journals Tab.  Inside this tab I see some reports are blank (not set up) so I'm guessing that reports maybe can be selected just before printing.  So if the Manager can print it, look at her "Order Design" name after she clicks on the printer icon and just before she clicks the button that says "Print".  Duplicate that for the user that is having trouble.

    Other than above idea:

    1) Does it work if you try to print it not using Sage Desktop? (Open TS Main - PO - Reports - and try to print)

          A) If so, I'd suspect something is wrong with her "Sage Desktop"

          B) If not, I'd suspect something is wrong with security administration = corrupt.

There is information about fixing A or B above on Knowledgebase.

Some reason it did not have a form selected, found one that worked and its fixed.

    Thanks,
