Payroll Posting Period.

Question

I had to correct a payroll period ending date for a payroll posted in March (via void checks, then tools then modify period end date) 
 I now need to post this payroll to March but it won't let me because payroll month is April. 
 
 How can I post the corrected to March?

Don't know what versesion you are using, but in ver 13.1 all you need to do is go to Tools, and modify period end date. I know it works in a currernt period, but do't know about a period already closed.

The current payroll month always displays when you post checks. The checks will post by the check date, if March, those checks will post to March. 
 I hope this helps!
