Sage Live Chat problems

Is there an issue with Live Chat? I receive the popup box and enter in the needed information but just see BLANK popup box from that point forward

Thanks for your post John.

You'll want to make sure you're not using IE 11 as the chat links are configured to not handle IE 11. If that's the only IE you have on your machine, go ahead and use Chrome.

If you're using IE 10 or earlier, ensure your Compatibility View is enable in your settings.

Hi Jim,

As mentioned above, do not use IE11 for Live Chat but instead an earlier version of IE or another browser, such as Chrome.
