yes, In Job Cost under Reports>Entries try the GL Reconciliation report
Sage Construction and Real Estate Customer Portal Knowledgebase Article ID: 31304 goes into further steps and considerations as well comparing JC to GL, such as verifying entries have been posted fully in both GL and JC, and determining if non-Job entries were made to the GL Cost accounts which could cause a discrepancy.
NONE of the reports I have been able to find EFFECTIVELY compare Job Cost to the GL. I wish there was a quick report you could run to make sure your in balance. It frustrating
