    Good morning Clark-

This loop can be fixed by following the steps below.

    Try one of the following:

    Microsoft's Internet Explorer:

Put the browser into Compatibility Mode

Tools (if menu is not visible, press the Alt key).

    Compatibility View Settings.

Select "Display all websites in Compatibility View."

    Close Internet Explorer.

Re-open and type "Support.NA.Sage.com" in the address bar and try to log in again

Mozilla's Firefox: After entering the Customer Portal credentials, if an "Allow" button comes up; this may prevent the knowledge base page from loading with the customer's credentials. This can be disabled.

    Disable feature:

Tools (if menu is not visible, press the Alt key).

    Options.

    Advanced.

    Select the General tab.

Under Accessibility, uncheck "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page."

    Close Firefox.

Re-open and type "Support.NA.Sage.com" in the address bar and try to log in again.

If the customer is being returned to the "Sage Customer Portal" (customers.sagenorthamerica.com) after clicking the Login to Sage button from the article try the following:

From the Sage Customer Portal home page, select Knowledgebase and then Sage Knowledgebase from the navigation menu.

If the above doesn't work; clear cookies, clear cache and/or temporary Internet files, close ALL browser windows, and try again

    Brandi,

I did the above still looping, I am using ie11 on 2012r2. not sure what  the issue is for the downloads. I am sure I am doing something wrong, i have added sage to compatibility list, however I have had a number of issues with the portal and getting info off of it. I know IE11 is not always cooperative is there a better browser that is more compatible with the site?

its tough I am an eastcoaster and rely on it because my day usually starts at 5am. you folks are not in the office till 9am our time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to download from another computer, save it to disc/flash drive, and then loading it where you want it?
