Database Connection Error: HY000: when trying to add Master_PRM_Employee File to new crystal report.

I am using Sage 300 CRE 13.1.24 (13.1.0 Rev 7).  I am using Crystal Reports XI Release 2 for Sage. I have my ODBC setup using my 32-bit ODBC administrator.  My problem is that when I try to create a new report, I can add any file I want in my database to the report, except the employee master.  When I click on that file, I get the error message " Database Connection Error: 'HY000:[SIMBA][SIMBA ENGINE ODBC DRIVER] GENERAL ERROR IN SWP MODULE' ".  I click "OK" and the error changes to " Database Connection Error: 'HY000:[SIMBA][SIMBA ODBC DRIVER]ERROR WRITING TO INTERNAL TABLES' "  I click "OK" and I'm returned to my data selection window in Crystal.

I have checked my security (I'm a full admin in SAGE 300), the file security and record security for the EMPLOYEE master in the ODBC in the security administrator in the desktop sage access.  Nothing appears to be limited.  It's only the Employee Master file that gives me this error.  All other PRM files can be added with out a problem.  I spot checked other files in other modules and they can added too.

Any thoughts on how to overcome this error?
