In AP module Print Check I am getting the following error message - "Invalid directory, using current working directory instead" can anyone shed some light on why I am getting this message?

This message typically occurs when you have designated output to go to a print file, and the path/folder designated in the File Locations for Print files does not exist. Therefore, the print file will be dropped into your company data folder.  This occurs when your AP check printing options provides for printing a check register or extended check stubs during the check printing task.  You will notice a drop-down menu when you print checks allowing you to designate the printer and/or print-to-file location for each of the outputs produced during this routine.  Typically, the printer used for the check printing is the default display on the screen, and if you then choose another option from the drop down list you can designate the folder location for the print files.  The system will typically prompt you for the name of the print files, and even after receiving the error message, you are dropped into the folder location for your print file.  At that time, you can also navigate to a different folder if you do not want to place those print files in your company data folder.  You should check with your Sage system administrator regarding the problem.  If a folder on your local workstation is designated, and it doesn't exist on your workstation, you will receive this error. That is most likely the cause of the error or otherwise all users would be receiving this same error message when sending reports to a print file.
