Accounts Receivable currently does not have a "recurring billings" feature like you would find in Accounts Payable for setting up recurring invoices on regular intervals. AR has the ability to do that for Finance Charges but not billings.

You can use Import Invoices in AR to import a text file every month with that information to create those invoices rather than keying them in. You can find all of the Import Invoices for AR under the Help>Help Topics of Accounts Receivable.
