We are a longtime Timberline user, but new to California.
The certified payroll we use for NJ & NY don't comply with CalTran
Can anyone provide a solution or report that is acceptable to CalTran?

We do have a California Certified report available from the tasks menu.
Go to Tasks/State Efile and Reporting. Select CA as your state and you'll see a report labeled
A-1-131 Report. This is the California Department of Industrial Relations Certified Payroll report.
Its for weekly payroll.

If you are referring to the California A-1-131 Form, this is a state certified report that is available through Aatrix with Sage 300 CRE version 13.1 and later.
This is referenced on the knowledgebase and search for 26311 or Can I print a State specific Certified Payroll Report?

Hello,
We finally updated our Sage to 13.1 and do see the CA131 report. There is a message that comes up that the report will print with "Record Copy" are there any fixes for this? Thanks
If you are running current versions of the software you might check out the report in Aatrix
You can find this in Payroll unders, Tasks, State Efile and Reports, select CA as the state.
The A-1-131 Report is available as an option. This is the California Department of Industrial Relations Certified Payroll Report. The report produces a RECORDS COPY ONLY, but may provide the information that you need.
