Terminal Services / Citrix installation issues

Hi!

I'm working to install CRE on a Windows 2008 R2 server with Citrix Xenapp Platinum 6.0.  The CRE server installation is on this same machine, just clicking TS-Main to get on.

Question:  The background tasks program only runs for one user, if I log in as another user in Windows (same user in CRE) then it errors.  Any idea why this might be?

An other general tips (beyond the Microsoft recommended ones)?

Thanks.

When does it error exactly, and what does the error say?

Is the user you are logging in as an administrator on that machine?

    The error is:

    -------------------------------

    The program has quit.

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

    [IO-WIN123]

    <3 high ASCII characters>\Timberline\ts.tsk

    ------------------------------

The only option to click on is an OK button.  TS-Main then continues on working properly for other tasks.  I'm not sure if I ran a function that needed the Background Tasks program would work or not.......

Timberline a default installation to the C: drive.

    Thanks for any ideas.
