Hi,

We recently upgraded our Sage Timberline 9.8 to version 13.1.  We followed the online installation documentation to install this on our server (which is also used as a terminal server), as well as all the workstations.  After the upgrade was completed, TS.exe states that the application is not activated, and will not run.  The same exception is thrown when attempting to apply 13.1 Accounting Update 6.  We are currently dead in the water and don't know what to do.  We were fully activated before this upgrade took place, so there should have been no need to reactivate.
